Fatima Musa Aliyu

Fatima is a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience building, leading, and strengthening mission-driven organizations and programs across gender equality, education, health, GBV prevention, child protection, and youth development. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Connect Africa Initiative, providing strategic leadership across programs, operations, people management, partnerships, and fundraising. She bridges organizational strategy with on-the-ground realities to ensure sustainable, high-impact results. Her expertise includes organizational development, leadership, program oversight and team management.

Fatima is passionate about initiatives that center women and girls, advance youth leadership, strengthen community-led GBV responses, and improve access to education and health for underserved populations. She applies a systems-thinking approach to ensure programs are well-managed, accountable, and positioned for long-term growth.
