Faith Kattan Titus

Faith Kattan Titus serves as the Human Resources Officer, where she leads talent management, staff development, and organizational capacity-building efforts. She leads the design and implementation of HR systems that enhance staff performance, promote accountability, and align human resources with program and institutional objectives. Faith works closely with management and project teams to ensure effective staffing, learning, and performance support across programs.

Faith is also a Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), she designs and coordinates staff training initiatives and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, contributing to strong governance, institutional sustainability, and effective program delivery.
