Bio
Abdulazeez Musa works at the intersection of development strategy and programs leadership, supporting organizations to design, fund, and scale initiatives that expand economic, livelihood, education, and leadership opportunities for youth and women across fragile and underserved contexts. He brings expertise in program design and management, grant and proposal development, and resource mobilization, with a focus on translating strategy into implementable and scalable interventions. His work spans youth and women empowerment, livelihood resilience, and education equity, supporting institutions to strengthen impact, accountability, and learning.
Abdulazeez has contributed to multi-stakeholder initiatives involving civil society, donors, and community actors, helping align local realities with global development priorities. He currently serves on the Youth Panel of the €10 million EU Youth Empowerment Fund with Global Youth Mobilization and is a ONE Champion with the ONE Campaign in Africa, engaging in advocacy for financing, policy reform, youth leadership and inclusive decision-making. He is driven by rigor, collaboration, and impact.
