MEL Officer
Bio
Fatima Muftau is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer where she leads the design and implementation of results-based MEL systems across programs. She supports evidence-based decision-making through data collection, research, reporting, and learning processes. Her work strengthens accountability, program quality, and adaptive management across BCAI’s thematic areas.
Fatima is a member of the Nigerian Association of Evaluators, LEAP Africa Community of Practice, Women in Data and Women in Data Africa, Internet Society, and a graduate member of the Nigerian Society of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Experts (NSDA-BIE).
She brings strong experience in data, MEL, research, community and social impact interventions, needs assessments, and capacity strengthening for program teams, contributing to BCAI’s mission of advancing inclusive and sustainable community development.
